    The Opportunity

    As an integral part of our team, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) holds a pivotal role in executing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures, and championing our corporate culture at Anchor.

    Collaborating closely with managers and employees, you will drive a positive workplace culture, foster engagement, and support business objectives. At Anchor, we view our HRBP as a

    true partner , working alongside managers and employees to achieve company goals.
    Responsibilities
    Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring adherence to Anchor policies and procedures.
    Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including further identifying (and improving) training and development programs for employee success.
    Manage Anchor's internship program, collaborating with local universities and managers, and overseeing the Summer Chat series.
    Support the recruitment lifecycle, managing outbound leads, and championing Anchor's culture to ensure a positive candidate experience.

    Utilize HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time to fill) proactively to identify trends and provide recommendations to the VP of Human Resources for developing strategies to address challenges.

    Coach and advise managers in alignment with Anchor's management philosophy.
    Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, following existing procedures.
    Conduct investigations and collaborate with the VP of Human Resources to provide recommendations for resolution.
    Partner with managers to facilitate performance management processes, including guidance on goal setting, performance feedback, and development plans.
    Support career development initiatives and the career paths program.
    Identify training needs and implement relevant programs, including Anchor Lunch and Learns, as requested.
    Administer benefits programs and actively promote employee wellness initiatives.

    Basic understanding of employment laws, with the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies. Ability to seek further guidance and resources as needed.

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

    Three to five years of human resource experience as a generalist or a specialty within a Center of Excellence (COE) preferred.

    SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
