    ADVENT is coming to the Nashville area in October and wants you to be a part of it How you will make an impact as a

    Care Coordinator:
    Act as direct contact for patients until clinical portion of patient journey completedPrep all Sinus CT scan patient appointmentsFluently communicate necessary information to patient in order to overcome barriers or hesitations, and to move forward in their patient journeyFacilitate patient communication regarding their procedures, including insurance benefits/deposits, authorization status, out-of-pocket costs, payments plan, and pre-operative instructionsMaintain specific job knowledge including remaining up to date on any ADVENT driven sales trainingOwn location's cancellation and no-show procedures, giving personalized attempts to rescheduleCross train as a Medical Assistant and Patient Services RepresentativeWhat we're looking for in a

    Care Coordinator:

    Best in Class Customer Service experience in any business area preferredExperience with insurance and out-of-pocket patient responsibility preferredHigh comfort level with medical terminology and financial conversationsStrong communication skills: verbal/written, listening, and building rapportExcellent skills in ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention-to-detail and accuracy in workAbility to travel between ADVENT Franklin and Mt.
