Your apprenticeship as a merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management (m/f/d)

Start your apprenticeship at G.U.T. Nordrhein as a merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management (m/f/d). Merchants for wholesale and foreign trade management are responsible for purchasing goods from manufacturers and selling them to customers.

During your apprenticeship, you will learn:
  • How to advise customers and sell them the right products - both over the phone and "face to face"
  • How to conduct purchasing and sales negotiations
  • How to calculate prices that are attractive for both parties
  • Get to know our huge range of products and gain insight into the logistical processes that are involved before and after an order
And ideally, you already bring:
  • Interest in sales and our industry
  • Reliability with appointments and commitments
  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate or (vocational) diploma
