    Job Description

    Marketing Specialist

    $44,462 - $57,800 - $71,138

    The Marketing Specialist at Crownair Aviation is responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts to promote and help the company grow its event and venue efforts. In addition, this position will further develop the customer outreach efforts. This position will also oversee the companys online presence.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement and facilitate annual marketing plan
    • Administer the companys marketing operations budget
    • Organize and implement client relations including:
      • Client development activities
      • Special events
    • Oversee customer relations, from customer data tracking to sales and service efforts, to ensure appropriate communication and facilitate programs and activities
    • Oversee business development activities including:
      • Work with management on designing and implementing prospecting and client contact systems
    • Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information
    • Assist with and support the companys involvement with corporate fuel agreements
    • Oversee the companys electronic marketing efforts including supervision of website design and maintenance
    • Oversee the development and implementation of all events, aviation seminars, charity events, static displays and company events.
    Education and Experience
    • College degree plus 5+ years of marketing or related experience
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • A proven track record in administering established marketing goals
    • Good Language Skills - ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and the ability to effectively speak in customer service situations
