is seeking a motivated Associate (Entry-Level) IT Support Professional to learn and be responsible for the following:

Providing day-to-day technical support to employees for workplace information and communications technology systems.-
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, workstations, and limited network and system issues in a heterogeneous environment.-
Maintaining data integrity and file system security for the workplace environment.-
Communicating highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.-
Recommending and specifying hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.-
Participating in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.

Travel between our Quincy, MA and Cranston, RI office frequently. Participate in an on-call rotation. Overnight Travel 10%

Compensation Range:
$54,700-$64,300

Skills and Experience:

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline. Bachelor's degree is preferred. 2+ years of relevant professional or Co-Op experience.
General knowledge and experience with configuring/ troubleshooting Windowsbased computers in a business environment with Active Directory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic Network knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VPN)
Excellent Organizational and time management skills
