Human Resources Development Specialist (m/f/d) at Ashland, LA:

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Development Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Augsburg.


Your responsibilities:


  • Development of training concepts, personnel development measures and programs
  • Support of managers in implementing personnel development strategies and concepts
  • Organization and execution of training courses and internal events
  • Consultation of managers and employees on all personnel development matters
  • Support in the creation and implementation of personnel development projects
  • Development of concepts for further education and qualification of employees
  • Continuous development of the department
  • Participation in job fairs

Your qualifications:


  • Completed degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Social Work or a related field, e.g. Business Administration, Business Education, Education, Psychology, Social Work or commercial training with experience in personnel development
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in a social enterprise
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
  • Reliability and team spirit
