- Developnew reports, analyze existing reports, and monitor key performance indicatorsin our reporting and automate the communication of performance.
- AutomateSiemens consumables to production and supplier to buyer collaboration byintegrating internal and external data into a dashboard including purchaseorders, invoicing, goods receipt, goods delivered, order status andrequisitions placed.
- Havea practical working knowledge of processes and transactions within ordering,purchasing, tracking, receiving, picking, put away, and inventory managementsystems.
- Collaboratewith leadership, warehouse team members, tool crib technicians, and productionteam members to understand the tooling and consumables workflow and SAPworkflow issues and eliminate them at the root cause.
- Automaterequired manual processes such as requisition entry into SAP, Transfer Requeststo Transfer Orders, and Printing of Shop Floor Papers post SAP Transactions.
- Automateexporting, logging, and formatting of data from SAP or other database to creatematerial layouts for kitting into material carts and hardware suitcases showingspecific bin location maps using excel macros or VBA.
- Translatebusiness problems into process automation projects and lead execution acrosscross-functional teams by creating user friendly apps that can more widely beused on mobile devices.
- Understandand translate daily transactional issues into the relevant stories and workwith the SAP development team to make changes and test for bugs.
- ExtendSAP functionality through scripting and/or using Mendix to accelerate theapplication development process to allow faster improvements .
- Bachelor'sdegree in a related discipline - Engineering, business, commercial,manufacturing degree.
- 3-5years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, excluding internships.
- Expertin advanced Excel (Macros, conditional logics and other advanced excess skills)
- Expertin advanced MS Share Point

The payrange for this position is $96,800-$130,700. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher dependingon budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, andpremium geographic location.
