    Who We're Looking For:
    As a Project Coordinator at Pacific Network Solutions, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing telecommunications projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
    • Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources, and personnel to ensure smooth execution of project tasks and deliverables.
    • Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications, both internally and externally. Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and change requests.
    • Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
    • Resource Management: Coordinate with resource managers to allocate resources effectively and efficiently for project tasks.
    • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, as well as adherence to contract terms and conditions.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in project coordination or project management, preferably in the telecom industry.
    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe
