    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Rumbling Bald is accepting applications for Food Servers. Seasonal positions are available on day and evening shifts, 10am-4pm and 4pm - 10pm.

    Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:

    • Courteously greets and takes orders from guests.
    • Serves food and beverages.
    • Periodically checks with guests to ensure satisfaction.
    • Clears tables during and after guest meals.
    • Sets tables after they are cleared.
    • Assists in cleaning service areas.
    • Operates cash register, when necessary.
    • Performs other related duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
    Requirements:

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Meets highest standards of personal grooming.
    • Requires the ability to work independently, anticipate customer's needs and multi-task with frequent interruptions.
    • Requires exceptional verbal, written and organizational skills.
    • Must have valid driver's license, as some local travel is occasionally required.

    Physical Requirements:

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and speak with others using clear and professional language.
    • Must be able to endure long periods of sitting, standing or walking in a hot, humid environment.
    • Will be occasionally required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 15 pounds without assistance.
    • Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel.
    • Drive vehicle for performance of duties.

    Education:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
