Description

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will not only calculate and manage our clients' advertising budgets, but also be responsible for the supervision and development of our team members.

Your goal is to achieve the best possible visibility within a given budget and continuously improve the team.

Responsibilities:

Leadership of the team, including evaluation and development of employees
Coordination and organization of work processes
Continuous optimization of processes
Development of SEA strategies with our account managers and management and expansion of advertising potential on Amazon
Keyword research and on and offpage analysis and optimization
Optimal utilization of campaign potential
Creation of analyses and derivation of measures for the further development of campaigns using analysis tools
Creation of reports to document results for the client
Handling of Amazon Seller Central
Optimization of PPC prices in accordance with previously defined strategies

Qualifications:

You have completed a commercial education/studies and ideally have some initial leadership experience
Independent and solutionoriented work style combined with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong social and decisionmaking skills
Good time management
High attention to detail
Flexibility
Team and communication skills
Analytical understanding and affinity for numbers
Structured written and verbal communication
Proactivity
Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
