Answer a high volume of incoming calls assisting customers efficiently with scheduling inspections and repairs, general and client specific questions, and problem solving- Strong ability to multitask and a willingness to learn
- Typing speed of 50+ wpm required
- Basic proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet navigation
- General office tasks including filing, sorting, and mailing
- Must possess grammar skills and have attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Good attendance is required
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
