Client Service Representatives for new hybrid employee benefits opportunities based out of their Chandler, AZ office location

The
Client Service Representative communicates with employer groups, insurance carriers, and other vendors regarding benefits, claim payment issues, eligibility questions, and billing.

Works with the Client Service team as a liaison between carriers and vendors to coordinate and respond to client and member service issues.

Assists Client Service team with audits when requested, such as eligibility, carrier records, etc. This role will assist the Client Service team with special projects across all segment sizes and service teams.

  • Receives communication from clients and members, insurance carriers and other vendors regarding claims payment issues, eligibility/termination provisions, billing.
  • General problem solving to provide quality service and efficient processing of information.
  • Expedites escalated issues to management.
  • Builds positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
  • Maintains client and member records and documents processes and results.
  • Identifies potential client service concerns and facilitates proactive steps to intervene.
  • Assists with audits, such as eligibility, carrier records, etc., when requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Proficient PC and data entry skills with experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Database and PowerPoint skills are a plus.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.
  • Certificataion in customer service or similar would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient and friendly client service.
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments, carriers, vendors to resolve issues.

Education and Certifications:


  • High school diploma
  • 12 years or experience in client services, sales, or similar roles
