Join the team of child welfare and behavior health practitioners launching an innovative new program being introduced in Philadelphia


The Crisis Access Link Model CALM service is a short-term service that provides a mobile, on-site, face-to-face therapeutic response to a youth and their resource family following an initial child welfare placement or following a move to a new child welfare placement.


The CALM Director oversees the CALM program by providing leadership to all personnel to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based services to children/youth and resource parents.


The CALM Director will strive to improve outcomes for children/youth entering or moving within the child welfare system by supporting greater permanency, creating critical pathways of connection across systems, and providing supports to prevent crisis/disruption from emerging and creating stabilization.


A Masters degree from a regionally accredited college or university in Social Work or mental health discipline, such as clinical psychology, mental health counseling, or other related discipline.

A degree which exposed the student to provision of services through an internship experience in setting with children/youth and on-site supervision preferred.


A minimum of three years providing supervision in a child welfare service or behavior health setting providing services to children/youth being cared for in a foster/resource care setting.

Experience at the Program Director level is preferred.


Active Licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (with experience treating children/adolescents), or Licensed Psychologist, is preferred.

Signing and Length of Service Incentives of $2,000 available.
