- Get equipment ready for delivery as per order requirements.
- Double-check that assembled equipment matches the order specs.
- Help out with receiving tasks when needed.
- Keep the warehouse spick and span and well-organized.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the shop/warehouse.
- Take part in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Operate based on Numotion Leadership Principles with integrity and compliance.
- Respect employee and customer confidentiality and follow Numotion's policies.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Provide solutions for customer concerns while keeping customer service a top priority.
- Remember, these duties aren't set in stone and may change based on organizational needs or as directed by management.
- High School Diploma/GED in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of mechanical experience.
- Basic computer skills (Word Processing, Email, Excel, and Internet).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools.
- Experience in assembling medical equipment is a big plus.
- Experience with warehouse inventory is advantageous.
- Use of hands and fingers with computer equipment.
- Long hours working at a desk and/or on a computer.
- Occasional moving and reaching with arms and hands.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ready to put in overtime if required.

ABOUT THE JOB AND COMPANY:
As a Production Technician at Numotion, your main gig involves assembling complex rehab equipment based on order specifics from ATPs. Plus, you'll also chip in with various warehouse tasks. Sounds exciting, doesn't it?
