Description

• Understand, read, and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and layout drawings
• Follow written guidelines and instructions provided to accurately assemble control and distribution equipment and products
• Assemble and wire PLC control panels, pump panels, motor starters, cable sets, and custom control panels according to layout & pointtopoint wiring diagrams
• Carry out assignments to completion within parameter of instruction given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Adhere to the company's standard operating procedures
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines set by production schedule while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service
• Make corrections on drawings that will be incorporated in asbuilt drawings as need
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures
• Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wiring/manufacturing of motor control centers and/or industrial control panels
• Be familiar with the functionality of electrical components used in manufacturing of control and distribution equipment
• Must be knowledgeable of safety standards and proper personal protection equipment used within a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work in manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate with supervising personnel
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical wiring diagrams
• Computer literacy is desired
• Excellent listening skills
• Selfmotivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and work ethic
