***PMO CONTRACT ROLE***

We are seeking support for our telecommunications client's broadband roll-out project, starting immediately.

The role will involve a range of PMO tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, taking minutes, and preparing for and following up on meetings. There may also be opportunities to assist with contract evaluations and technical topics, if interested and qualified.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the expansion of fibre optic technology and digitalization in the region.

Responsibilities

Supporting the department:

Organizing team tasks and deadlines, creating presentations, compiling and preparing data and figures

Administering SharePoint/Teams/Project Drive in collaboration with IT

Organizing and documenting meetings, tracking and completing tasks

Maintaining and updating status reports, optimizing processes

Managing small projects, such as checking project status and KPIs

Handling and directing inquiries

Creating reports in Excel and PowerPoint

Facilitating meetings

Analyzing databases and Excel (knowledge of S-reference, pivot, etc.) as needed

Qualifications

Completed technical training or equivalent preferred

Extensive knowledge of Excel and
