    Job Overview:

    The Front Desk associates play a key role as the first point of contact for our customers. These team members build valuable relationships with residents and guests, contributing to the excellence of our service. They mostly work independently, taking charge of their tasks to ensure top-notch service.

    Your Responsibilities:
    • Greeting and guiding residents, guests, and visitors
    • Monitoring and managing building access
    • Handling deliveries and packages
    • Welcoming residents, checking in guests and vendors
    • Supervising the fire alarm system
    • Resolving complaints and issues effectively
    • Keeping detailed records and documentation
    • Ensuring a safe work environment by following safety protocols
    • Performing other necessary tasks

    • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a dynamic setting
    • Strong organizational, motivational, and interpersonal abilities
    • Excellent customer service capabilities
    • Effective communication and guidance skills
    • Capability to interpret technical procedures and regulations
    Physical Requirements:
    • Competence to work in typical office conditions
    • Able to use a computer and handle phone calls for extended periods
    • Capability to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb
    • Available for on-call duties, flexible hours, and weekend shifts as necessary
    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and respond to emergency alarms
    What We Offer:

    As a part-time non-exempt team member, you will receive complete benefits such as dental and vision coverage.

    Compensation: $18-$21 Hourly paid bi-weekly

    Schedule: Friday Saturday 11pm-7am (Overnight)
