    About the Role

    Having established offices in Brighton, Brooklyn (New York), and Berlin, we are entering a new phase of expansion and are excited to grow our team across several departments. As part of this growth, MPB is in search of an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic and welcoming company, where every individual has the opportunity to influence and elevate their career.

    As a Product Manager, you will have a crucial role in shaping our product's future. Reporting to our Lead Product Manager, you will spearhead outcome-focused product development, driving an engaging roadmap filled with innovative projects. By collaborating closely with our skilled Product & Engineering team, you will oversee the complete product development cycle, ensuring the delivery of top-quality features, services, and products for both our customers and internal users.

    Utilize your solid grasp of product strategy, customer insights, and Agile delivery methodologies to create exceptional product features that meet customer demands and drive business value.     Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding and advocating for business, customer, and user needs
  • Defining Product Roadmap and success criteria
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to set product goals
  • Working with the Product Design team and key partners in the discovery process
  • Converting high-level solutions into epics and user stories with the necessary context and detail for the engineering team to implement
  • Engaging with engineers, being accessible to address inquiries and offer clarity as needed
  • Managing and updating the product backlog
  • Leading sprint review meetings, showcasing features and gathering feedback from partners

    • Skills You'll Need

    Essential

  • Prior experience in a Product Management capacity
  • Proficiency in customer-centric product development methodologies and principles
  • Knowledge of agile software development principles and approaches
  • Ability to translate business, system, and behavioral data into valuable insights for validation and prioritization

    • Desirable

  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools, including JIRA
  • Background in e-commerce and/or logistics operations
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX colleagues on designs and prototypes using tools like Figma and FigJam
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and data-informed decision-making
