Must Have Qualifications

Willingness to work long hours outdoors.
Have a valid United States driver's license, and reliable, insured, transportation to and from the corporate office.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Physically capable of meeting physical demands of walking/climbing on construction sites, moving, handling testing equipment (incl. lifting to 50 lbs).

Company Project Types/Sizes/Locations

Perform testing of soils, foundations, reinforced and posttensioned concrete.
Supervise drilling operations and log soil borings.
Prepare daily field reports using Microsoft programs.
Perform hand augers and concrete cores to obtain subsurface information and soil samples.
Observe and document various field activities related to the construction process, including foundation installation techniques including ground improvement and deep foundations.
Read maps and interpret engineering and construction plans.
