Office Manager (OM)_

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office setting, preferably in pediatric dentistry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage office staff and daily operations efficiently.
• Proficient in dental practice management software and office administrative duties.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining dental records.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)_

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, with pediatric dentistry experience required.
• Current RDA certification and compliance with state dental board regulations.
• Proficiency in dental procedures, instrument sterilization, and infection control protocols.
• Ability to assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills to ensure a comfortable and reassuring experience for young patients.

Dental Assistant (DA)_

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental assisting role, pediatric experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and chairside assisting.
• Ability to prepare materials and equipment for treatment, following dental procedures effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Compassionate communication style suited to interacting with young patients and their families.

Receptionist_

• Minimum 2 years of front office experience in a dental setting, with specific knowledge of dental insurances, pedodontic office experience a plus
• Proficient in managing appointments, patient records, and office correspondence.
• Experience with understanding insurance plans, treatment coordination, and scheduling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a busy front desk.
• Welcoming personality with the ability to create a friendly and professional first impression for patients.

Sterilization Technician_

• No previous experience required; onthejob training will be provided.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn sterilization and clinical processes.
• Ability to follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Good organizational skills to manage the cleanliness and readiness of dental instruments.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Skills Required for All Positions:

• Great communication skills, with an ability to make interpersonal connections.
• A customerfirst attitude.
• Knowledgeable of dental practice software, Dentrix a plus
• Able to efficiently juggle different tasks without missing a beat.
• An eye for detail and ability for solving challenges.
• A solid understanding of dental procedures, tools, and terminology is essential.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
