  • Are you a skilled Medical Assistant (m/f/d) with strong organizational skills, able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with nursing and medical colleagues? Then we are looking for you to join our Acute Unit at Vitos Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Haina in Newtown, PA.
  • We treat mental disorders in adults and are currently seeking a
    Medical Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team on a permanent basis starting on
    March 1, 2023.

Your Responsibilities

  • Performing administrative and secretarial tasks such as writing medical reports and independently handling correspondence (e.g. certificates)
  • Careful management and archiving of treatment documents
  • Organizing and coordinating consultations
  • Performing medical tasks such as ECGs and blood draws
  • Assisting doctors and psychologists
