What does the job entail?
As a trusted
advisor , you are
guiding the client
through the process of
defining the scope,
setting requirements,
evaluating a selection of talent solutions (in alignment with the defined scope and requirements),
make suitable solution suggestion to ensure an optimal fit for their business.
In order to accomplish this, you'll be orchestrating
workshops and meetings
at the client's premises or online. Depending on the type of client, this can be for a
short or long-term.
As a business consultant, you perform various roles:
You operate as a
point of contact for the customer.
You are responsible for
project management
throughout the
implementation
of the selected solution, this involves:
supervise the
technical
configurations
in collaboration with our partners.
follow-up on tasks and planning.

You support and conduct workshops and demos for customers.
You are part of a consulting
