    The Practice Coordinator (PC) will provide support to physicians and certified registered nurse anesthetistsunder the direction of the Practice Management and Director of Anesthesia.

    Prepares and monitors departmental compliance programs. Implements and enforces quality and safety initiatives. Prepares and analyzes departmental data and completes provider schedules. Upholds Deaconess Hospitalpolicies and procedures and evaluates employee performance.

    Education and ExperienceAssociates or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferredAt least six months prior experience in a patient care, customer service or leadership role is required.
