    Description
    ERM is seeking a Marketing Specialist, Digital to join our team in Knoxville, TN.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Develop, direct and supervise all digital media initiatives focused on ESG and sustainability for clients in various industries;
    Assist with development of new client leads and participate in new business presentations;
    Lead ideas for digital strategy and execution, including sites, apps, digital media, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing;
    Develop and help execute media plans;
    Manage and implement Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Paid Social, Programmatic, and other advertising tactics;
    Develop and help execute content strategy;
    Create intuitive user experiences in the form of annotated site maps, user flows, wireframes and other common UX deliverables;
    Plan and implement all browser/device compatibility, user acceptance, usability and quality assurance testing;
    Analyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance;
    Ensure key stakeholders are fully informed of progress and performance;
    Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure on-time, on-spec, and on-budget delivery of digital products;
    Oversee technical development teams, both inhouse and outsourced;
    Assist in pricing and scheduling of more complex digital products and projects; and
    Manage digital analytics reporting.
    Partial local remote work allowed.
    Occasional domestic travel required.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    5 years of experience in a related occupation
    Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing Communications, Computer Software Engineering or related field
    Experience with analyzing and data mining of monthly and weekly reports of website and social media to improve strategies to meet objectives;
    Experience developing and executing digital market plans, campaigns, and strategies focused on environmental, social and governance (ESG) investing;
    Experience supporting Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve content, keywords and branding;
    Experience tracking and analyzing social media and online marketing initiatives;
    Experience designing Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plans and executing campaigns using digital marketing mix; and
    Experience directing social media and digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
