- Opening and/or closing of the spa, stocking of individual stations, and spa maintenance
- Maintains a courteous and professional correspondence with client while guiding them in reaching their skincare goals
- Record detailed notes about our guests including, allergies, medications, preferences, etc.
- Participate in Alchemy Face Bar events and pop-ups
- Greeting everyone that comes in the store
- Check clients in and out using Vagaro Booking System
- Answering the phone and booking new appointments
- Respond to emails from clients
- Selling of products
- Multi-tasking & organization
- Supporting estheticians when needed
- Help keep the stores clean, shelves stocked, laundry, inventory management
- Attending continuing education classes about products
- Opening and closing of the store
- Valid Aesthetician License in the state of Texas
- Loves to work with people in an open, collaborative environment
- Passionate about continued education and learning new techniques
- Maintaining a professional look and demeanor while working
- Attendance, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
