Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to endusers for hardware, software, and various other systems
  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner and ensure proper resolution
  • Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of user requests and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Linux
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols
  • Experience in desktop support and technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with endusers
  • Knowledge of LAN environments and network connectivity
  • Familiarity with TCP and related technologies

Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
$ $24.96 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- iOS: 1 year (preferred)


  • Windows: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
