Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to endusers for hardware, software, and various other systems
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and ensure proper resolution
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of user requests and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols
- Experience in desktop support and technical troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with endusers
- Knowledge of LAN environments and network connectivity
- Familiarity with TCP and related technologies
Job Type:
Contract
Pay:
$ $24.96 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- Windows: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Scarborough, ME (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Scarborough, ME: Relocate before starting work (required)
