Job Description ~ The Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator plays a key role in recruiting volunteers, planning fundraising activities, and boosting donations in the Development Department team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize monthly meal schedule, liaise with volunteers and internal teams regarding meal service expectations.
- Manage agency volunteer timetable for non-meal tasks, provide guidance, or work with program staff for support;
- Collaborate with the community for supply collection initiatives throughout the year;
- Work with committee members to plan special events;
- Oversee all aspects of agency events;
Compensation:
Starting from $16.00 per hour
Hours: 40 per week
