The
monthly base salary x 13 for you as a personnel consultant, depending on your experience and previous successes in temporary work, is between €3,000 and €4,000 + company car (including private use) + bonuses and gratuities.

In addition, you will receive

Your tasks:

Recruiting of primarily industrial personnel (direct placement and temporary work)

Posting job advertisements from A to Z

Creating suitable
candidate profiles and also acting as an internal service provider

Proactive matching + sourcing as well as participation in job fairs

Conducting
job interviews and convincing suitable applicants, and also
independently hiring for temporary work assignments
If necessary, also accompanying
work assignments (company car available)
