The Business Office Manager will oversee the administrative operations of our facility, ensuring efficient processes and a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations in the business office of a skilled nursing facility
- Daily banking, collections, Resident Funds Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare regular reports on office performance and financial status.
- Long Term MA Health Applications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Office Manager or similar administrative role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing practices, including Medicare and MA Medicaid.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
