- Obtain project permits and licenses.
- Ensure environmental requirements are met.
- Submit monthly owner billings.
- Review subcontractor and vendor pay requisitions.
- Manage change order process.
- Lead coordination meetings.
- Enforce compliance with safety codes.
- Implement quality control.
- Develop project budget and schedules.
- Perform other related work as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- 3+ years of Construction Project Manager experience.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, processes, and equipment in civil infrastructure.
- Evaluate plans and specifications for Constructability.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and Procore Management System.

Construction Project Manager
Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 per year
Description:
The Construction Project Manager directs and coordinates all construction aspects of their project(s) in collaboration with the site superintendent. They oversee project costs to ensure completion within budget expectations, develop project schedules, and inspect projects in progress for compliance. Essential functions include managing on-site activities and subcontractors, preparing purchase orders, collaborating with subcontractors professionally, obtaining permits, ensuring environmental compliance, and more.
