Attendants are to ensure we are consistently delivering on Great Customer Service, Perfectly Clean Vehicle, and Cleanest, Most Attractive Business.

• Be courteous by smiling, greeting, and being available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and the car wash
• Always be ready to greet and assist customers with wash packages and show the value of our Unlimited Plans.
• Load cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
• Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it into the wash.
• Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.
• Assisting in regular schedule maintenance on all equipment to ensure it keep in proper working order.
• Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is keep in the proper place and organized.
• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied
• Have a sense of urgency.
• Do the right thing, at the right time, all the time with fellow teammates, home office and customers.
• Be able to present and explain club membership and successfully enroll customers in the club plan

• A desire to grow your leadership skills, team building and performance standards
• Ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fastpaced environment
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
• Mechanicalminded individuals are a plus
