YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You support our team in the implementation and use of our self-developed software platform, for example through in-person or online training sessions
  • You create supporting documents such as training materials and manuals
  • You accompany our users in the long-term testing of our software
  • As the direct contact person, you answer questions from users about the platform
  • You actively collect feedback and work together with our product and engineering team to develop concrete improvement initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You are enrolled as a student
  • You have a high level of empathy to put yourself in the shoes of our users
  • You convince with your strong communication skills
  • You are fluent in German and have good English skills
