We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will assist customers in store, on the phone, and perform administrative functions in order to drive company success and SalesResponsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Working Directly With Owner On Customer Orders/ Quotes
- Resolve Customer Issues
- Create Customer Sales Invoices and Estimates
- Assure Price Accuracy On Customer Orders
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Help Customers Selecting Right Product
- Inside Sales
- Accounts Receivables
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Record all bills into system
- Ordering Products for customer orders
- Checking in inbound Ups Daily
- Perform all other office tasks
- Help out were needed
- Being productive with downtime
- Meeting Customer Timelines and Request
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, admin or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Outgoing Personality
- Work Well Under Pressure
- Strong Multitasking Skills
- Meet Deadlines
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
