We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will assist customers in store, on the phone, and perform administrative functions in order to drive company success and Sales


Responsibilities:


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Working Directly With Owner On Customer Orders/ Quotes
  • Resolve Customer Issues
  • Create Customer Sales Invoices and Estimates
  • Assure Price Accuracy On Customer Orders
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Help Customers Selecting Right Product
  • Inside Sales
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Record all bills into system
  • Ordering Products for customer orders
  • Checking in inbound Ups Daily
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Help out were needed
  • Being productive with downtime
  • Meeting Customer Timelines and Request

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, admin or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Outgoing Personality
  • Work Well Under Pressure
  • Strong Multitasking Skills
  • Meet Deadlines

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
