Your tasks

Planning, organizing and possibly conducting nursing visits, service and team meetings, as well as resident and family discussions
Personnel management and leadership of the nursing and social care areas in close coordination with the PDL
Leading your team in your living area and designing the service and vacation schedule
Ensuring the quality of care and documentation according to MDK-QPR
Participation in basic and treatment care
