What you can count on:

The training lasts three years and offers you the best of both worlds: block lessons at the RBZ Wirtschaft alternate with practical phases at IB.SH. This provides variety - and above all, you can apply your newly acquired IT knowledge directly in the working world and also network throughout the bank.

Even before the official start, there is a meet-and-greet event for all new trainees. This is followed by the trainee starter campus to "warm up" with various seminars, trainings and project work that will prepare you for your start in the departments and your training at IB.SH.

Speaking of practice: As a future IT system saleswoman or IT system salesman, you will work at the interface between our departments and IT. From the very beginning, you will be part of the team and also work on projects that drive IB.SH forward.

In order to get to know and connect both sides - the departments and IT - you will go through tasks such as department support, requirement management, application support, SAP support and other departments to get to know a development bank. You can contribute yourself and your ideas and help to design and develop IT solutions.

Your trainer as well as our more than 70 specialist trainers will be helpful in achieving your training goals.
