    :


    The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales team by greeting customers and assisting the Sales Associates with the administrative paperwork.

    We are currently looking for 4 Sales Assistants surrounding the Pittsburgh area.
    This position pays $25/Hour
    We believe in providing the tools to help you build and develop skills for a career.

    The role of a Sales Assistant can provide you with:

    Requirements:

    A typical day for a Sales Assistant will include the following responsibilities:

    Greet all customers in a friendly manner.
    Review sales reports including product availability and job status.
    Organize and update all literature.
    Answer phones and schedule appointments for sales team.
    Prepare literature packets and specification books.
    Manage sign-in book and send weekly traffic reports to management.
    Attend training provided by the company or manufacturers to become knowledgeable about the products carried.
    Assist in coordinating events in store.
    Other duties may be assigned.

    You are proficient in Microsoft Suite and other computer programs.

    You hold a college degree.
    You have previous retail or customer service.
    You can pass a background, driving, and drug testing check.
    Physical Requirements:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, all day. The employee may lift and/or move items that weigh more than 30 pounds.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Work Environment:

    This job operates in a retail business environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and inventory scan guns.
