Description
We are a modern housing cooperative based in Pinneberg. Currently, we employ 40 staff members, including real estate agents, technicians, engineers, accountants, neighborhood managers, and painters. Together, we manage our own portfolio of 2,171 apartments in the Pinneberg district and provide services for external and condominium management.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, professionally and personally convincing individual as
Real Estate Agent (m/f/d)
full-time for the customer management and external management department. These areas are responsible for the overall commercial management of our own and external housing stock, as well as for the care of all members, tenants, and interested parties.
Responsibilities:
As part of a dedicated and motivated team, you will independently manage a portion of the housing stock. You will be the first point of contact for members and tenants living in these apartments for all matters, including complaints. You will process terminations, create rental offers and exposés, conduct discussions with interested parties, and present the apartments during viewing appointments. You will conclude rental agreements and build trust for a long-term contractual relationship.
You ideally bring the following qualifications:
• completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• preferably several years of professional experience
