- Effectively manage employee and intern pre-boarding and onboarding by following the new hire workflow based on the job being filled.
- Ensures a complete and orderly file (paper & electronic) to ensure documentation is available.
- Schedule and coordinate new hire orientation with new hires and internal staff participating in training topics.
- Record and manage employee information in appropriate databases to ensure accuracy, including but not limited to, personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, and termination information.
- Administer employee surveys through designated survey system.
- Complete fingerprinting in the BCI system for candidates and current employees.
- Coordinate organization-wide employee recognition programs.
- Act as point of contact for all FMLA and other leave requests. Process, monitor and manage leave administration timely.
