The employees at the Bielefeld study location are currently responsible for 1,300 students in the departments of General Administration and Police.

YOUR TASKS

Planning of courses
Organization of the study program
Acting as a substitute for the administrative manager at the Bielefeld study location
Support in property management and procurement
Support of the department management
Recruitment of lecturers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You have:
- the qualification for the career of the second group, first entry level (formerly higher general non-technical administrative service) of the general internal administrative service in the state of NRW or in the municipalities and municipal associations of the state of NRW or
- the successful completion of the second-level employee training (administrative specialist) or
- a completed business administration degree (bachelor or diploma) with at least two years of professional experience in the public sector
