What to expect from us

You will complete your practical training at our branch office in Hameln/Bückeburg.
The training content is diverse and varied: From customer consultation to creating offers and sales, you will be fully involved in the work processes.
You will have direct contact with customers - not just over the phone.
You will advise your customers in the branch office or at their homes.
In addition to attending vocational school, you will participate in seminars on consulting and selling our products.
Your training will start on and last 2.5 years.

What you can look forward to

A high training salary (approx. 1200 € on average) with additional Christmas and vacation bonuses (13.5 salaries).
Commission for insurance business that you conclude independently
