Description

This position starts at $14.13 per hour. This can be higher with experience. There is a 2nd shift differential of $1.50 per hour and a 3rd shift differential of $1.25 per hour.

All full-time staff working 32 hours or more will receive a $4000 sign on bonus paid out in three increments over their first year as long as you maintain your full-time status.

This is a hands-on care giver role. You will be assisting with day-to-day activities and residents when and where needed.

This could include (but would not be limited to) showering, toileting, getting dressed/undressed, transferring, eating, etc.

You would get a permanent 2-week rotating schedule which would include every other weekend and a holiday rotation.

In the role as a C.N.A. you will provide our residents with compassionate and loving care.

General Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Reliable Transportation
Valid Driver's license
Pass a criminal background check
Pass a drug screen
Pass a physical screen
Attend Corporate orientation
Received or willing to receive Flu and COVID Vaccine or fill out exemption form
