Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of Digital Dealz services and offerings, effectively communicating their value to clients.

Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on projects, deliverables, and any relevant information.

Relationship Building:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in Digital Dealz as their business consultancy partner.

Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from clients on their experiences with Digital Dealz services, providing valuable insights for improvement.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system

Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or client support roles preferred.
