Your Responsibilities- Initial contact and consultation with families
- Support and guidance with application process
- Case management
- Documentation
- Case and team meetings
- Supervision of integration assistants
- Monitoring of performance and work time records
- Planning for sick leave coverage
- Coordination with parents, school, and funding agencies
- Degree in special education, rehabilitation sciences, social work, education, or related field
- Educators, special needs educators, or similar qualifications
- Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
- Open and respectful approach towards children, parents, and colleagues
- Reliable and independent work ethic
- Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle for client visits
