Seeking Lead Water Damage Technician/Crew Chief with IICRC Cert to lead our team and Make a Meaningful Impact

- Clean and restore damages following IICRC standards
- Ensure accurate and timely billing
- Exceed client expectations

Responsibilities:
Project management, proactive team leader, quality assurance, client communication (including insurance adjusters), documentation, and continuous improvement.
