    We are looking for a full time Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.


    Territory Managers responsibilities and duties:
    Follow specific Sales Process Model to create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactionsCollaborate with Account Management teams current best practices and use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our overall sales in the marketCreate positive and lasting relationships with our physicians and facilitiesTrain and Increase product knowledge among Associate Territory Managers and involve senior management in product knowledge initiativesAssist in management of current staff as well as the hiring of additional supportHave "Buy In" to current Accountability Measures Help improve brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with the marketing departmentTerritory Manager skills10+ years' successful experience in outside sales experience preferably in the Laboratory/Diagnostics space3+ years' experience in supervisory roleBachelor's Degree Excellent written and oral communication skills"What Else Can I Do" attitude towards Territory and Accountability
