About Integrated Procurement Technologies (IPT):

Integrated Procurement Technologies (IPT) is a widely recognized military distributor and global supplier of OEM parts and equipment. With a strong focus on quality and service, IPT has been catering to domestic and international end users for over three decades. Specializing in strategic solutions for spares and repair needs, IPT boasts extensive experience collaborating with various military branches and representing over fifty OEMs. In addition to aftermarket support, IPT actively engages in upgrade programs, capability development, and stocking initiatives.

Position Overview:

As a key player in this employee-owned company, you will be responsible for supporting military clients both locally and internationally. Your role will involve cultivating relationships, managing sales pipelines, overseeing contract lifecycles, and addressing emergent aerospace demands.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years in a sales or business development role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Location: Santa Barbara area.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of surpassing performance expectations.
Familiarity with military aerospace market.
Knowledge of government contracting and export compliance.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.

Ability to effectively communicate technical product value to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in crafting and implementing customer-centric strategies.
Adaptability to excel both individually and as part of a team.
Self-driven, action-oriented, and results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of professionalism in all interactions to ensure customer success.
Drive business growth through account servicing, contract acquisition, and new business development.
Nurture customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and enhance profitability and service quality.
Enhance sales performance by monitoring market trends, competition, and cost factors.
Contribute individually and collaboratively towards team objectives.
Customize sales presentations for various audiences.
Efficiently quote customers, manage contracts, and oversee contract lifecycles.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Resolve project issues creatively and effectively.
Keep abreast of military aerospace products, sales processes, and industry developments.
Generate and analyze reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously improve company, sales, and project processes.
