We are looking for a maintenance person to split their time between 2 properties.


Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks in a variety of areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Conduct inspections and identify potential issues or repairs needed
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
• Knowledge of pool and hot tub maintenance/chemicals

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting is preferred
• Strong leadership skills to guide other team members when necessary
