$95000-$105000 annually depending on experience plus bonus potential

_ What you will do_


The
Food Service Culinary Director is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial manager who is constantly seeking a better way to conduct business.

This key leadership position is directly responsible for the successful operation of food services in a dining setting.

This team member

  • Will help ensure client and customer service satisfaction with efficient, costeffective management meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Responsible for all food servicerelated activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and all locationrelated activities, such as catered events.
  • Delivers expertise in training staff and supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Ability to communicate on various levels including management, client, customer, and associate levels.
  • Will have a strong Executive Chef background and experience working in a scratch kitchen (similar to a fine dining or Country Club setting).

_ What you will need_

  • B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A. Degree plus four (4) years of directly related experience, preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Healthcare, Senior living or High-Volume setting experience is highly desired.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of direct food service operations management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

  • Previous P&L accountability or contractmanaged service experience is desirable.
  • Excellent financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills.
  • ServSafe Certified.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check (State and Federal) and a drug screen.
