RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct the activities of the General Accounting, Subsidy Accounting, and Accounts Payable functions. Be willing and able to assume additional responsibilities in accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting and Subsidy Accounting
Work closely with the Ownership to establish proper accounting processes and controls, data integrity, accounting reports and timely processing of transactions.
Develop accounting policies and procedures in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and train staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Indepth knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Thorough knowledge of business and accounting practices.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify technical and nontechnical problems and evaluate alternative solutions.
Demonstrated management skills with the ability to manage results against audit and control procedures.
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of independent judgment and decision making.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively direct and motivate a multilevel diverse staff.
Excellent ability to operate effectively in high pressure situations; must be flexible and adapt to change.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the Company, governmental agencies, auditors, etc. and other external contacts.
Strong ability to adhere to deadlines to ensure accurate and efficient reporting of data.
Long

- and short-term planning skills, including basic financial analysis tools such as cost/benefit analysis.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or related field.
Minimum two (2) years of progressively responsible business experience in accounting or finance which includes in depth knowledge of at least two of the following areas: General Accounting, Subsidy Accounting, Accounts Payable, Revenue Accounting, Accounts Receivable and/or Treasury Functions.

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
