Le Jardin gemeinnützige GmbH was founded in 2003 and is the operator of 13 multilingual childcare centers (crèche and kindergarten).

We support the personnel management in finding new employees through various methods such as job postings, social networks, and publications.

Our responsibilities also include managing applications, processing employment contracts and related documents, and handling the hiring process. We also handle resignations, including checking for any outstanding vacation pay.

We maintain contact and correspondence with external partners and serve as the main point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries.

Our team is responsible for preparing and processing payroll for our 180 permanent employees, ensuring compliance with tax and social security regulations.

We also maintain digital personnel files and update employee data.

As part of our role in personnel administration, we assist with cross-departmental projects and actively contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of our HR processes.


Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or similar and extensive practical experience in personnel and social affairs
  • Knowledge of social security and labor law
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and personnel management programs
  • Fluent in German, very good knowledge of English, and good knowledge of French. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
  • Team player with a reliable, agile, and conscientious work style, competent demeanor, and strong service orientation. We value trustworthiness and discretion.
